The Lead Bank Scheme has three tiers of fora: Block Level Bankers’ Committee (BLBC), District Consultative Committee (DCC), and State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC).

The SLBC is constituted by the Lead Bank and meets annually to discuss credit plans, review progress, and address grievances. The SLBC website is standardized to provide information and data. The SLBC also liaises with the State Government and conducts capacity building, training, and sensitization programs.
