Master Direction – Export of Goods and Services

This Master Direction outlines the guidelines for the export of goods and services, including the realization and repatriation of proceeds, manner of receipt and payment, and settlement systems.

Key aspects:

• Processing of export-related receipts through Online Payment Gateway Service Providers (OPGSPs)

• Settlement System under Asian Clearing Union (ACU) Mechanism

• Third-party payments for export/import transactions

• Settlement of export transactions in currencies not having a direct exchange rate

• International Trade Settlement

Obligations of Authorised Dealers:

• To ensure compliance with the guidelines and procedures outlined in this direction

• To maintain accurate records and submit reports as required
